Read the logs for a deployment
A deployment is one publish: an upload, a GitHub commit, or a redeploy after you change settings. The Logs pane lists those deployments for the site you have open.
Pick one and the panel loads that deployment’s log. You see the status, the time, and the commit when there is one. The log is the build and release output for that deployment, not a combined feed of every site on the server.
Logs can contain whatever the build printed. The panel hides token-shaped values before it shows the text. If a line is missing, check the build script rather than pasting secrets into the log.
A failed deployment stays in the list. Open it, read the last lines, change the project, and publish again. Static sites update by publishing the same name. GitHub sites can deploy a commit from the Deployments pane.
